I made my booking while overseas for pickup at the Subiaco location. We arrived a bit early and the ladies at the counter were already expecting us and had our car ready. They answered all my questions (including where to get a SIM card) and asked me to call if I needed to extend or shorten the rental period.As it turned out, we ended up calling and extending the rental by a couple of days. No issues whatsoever.Returning the car was quick and easy. They explained when I would get my deposit back (it did happen as they said).The car (a Toyota hatchback hybrid) was great. Clean, functional and very fuel efficient!I would rent from them again.

Standard rental service until.......got hit with a $420 bill for a dust clean. No compromise from the management despite explaining that the aircon blew dust in to the interior when turned on.My advice is to take lots of photos before and after and give the car a once over before return. It will save you from an unexpected and expensive suprise.

Easy to reserve a car and the free cancellation provides needed flexibility in travelling plans. Only shortfall was the lack of variety of car brands. Given a MG to drive for a 5 door SUV booking. Would say its a poor drive but the outlet looked like most cars were MG brand. Also difficult to fix the child car seat so bring your own along where possible.

On booking truck had a lovely lady who was very helpful from Call Centre. Explained we were travelling 2 hours there and back in Country. On picking up truck from Burswood, Manager was not friendly & helpful. Staff member trying to assist us was pleasant & had to keep asking for help. On getting in truck rearview mirror was falling off, top of rear section of truck lifting up & banging in wind whole way. Gear box kept revving up and changing to 6th gear (even when going up hills). Called on Monday to inform truck was a lemon & very disappointed. Cost $500 for truck and fuel for a few hours work!!! Lady at Call Centre very apologetic and said Manager would call me. Late Tuesday afternoon finally get a call from the Manager who was rude from the start. He has been in industry for over 20 years and he knows trucks lala.. I'm from a farming community and also drive truck & know trucks. No apology just rude arrogant man. WILL NEVER BE DEALING WITH BUDGET AGAIN.

Staff - what a lovely team. So very helpful. I had to hire a car due to my own vehicle being at the mechanic for an unknown time. I was given very helpful advise that it was better for me to book the car and get a refund on the days I didn't use, then extend and not be able to secure the car again.The car was really great and even though I gave the car back with a full tank instead of 3/4, I also got a little refund for the extra fuel.I wouldn't hire from anywhere else. This business is so great.Thanks to you all for being so kind and helpful.

The car they lent to us is a KIA (Picanto);and the Android's auto system is not working properly. Also, it consumed fuel strongly as well.So, if you are planning to rent a car,make sure you check everything in the car first if it's working properly.

Hired a hybrid hatchback for 3wks. Car was exactly as advertised, in great condition and far cheaper than competitor quotes. The booking, collection and return process was simple and efficient and I'll be using them in the future.
